Is Field Service a separate app?
No. Field Service is a set of modules inside Clerical. Turn them on in Settings → Management and they appear alongside your calendar, clients, and payments.
Who is Field Service for?
Roofers, plumbers, construction crews, rental companies, and any trade or service business that runs jobs rather than (or as well as) appointments.
Can I use Field Service and online booking together?
Yes. Turn on any mix of modules — for example, let customers book a service call online, then run it as a job with photos, time, and an invoice.
Does Copilot work with Field Service?
Yes. Copilot, powered by Grok Bot, can schedule jobs, assign crews, send estimates, and answer questions like “Where is Crew B?” — and it confirms before anything is saved, sent, or charged. BYOB: it also works with the AI assistant you already use.
